A benção

Quem é abençoado, o ajudado ou quem ajuda? As pessoas têm tudo errado quando se trata de responder a esta pergunta. O ajudado é seriamente abençoado, mas a oportunidade de ajudar, de fazer actos significativos, de trazer alegria e conforto ou facilidade a um humano, animal ou planta, não é uma verdadeira bênção?

Sinto que estou a ficar sem meios de fazer as pessoas verem e sentirem esse facto verdadeiro. Que a nossa acção de amor, a nossa solidariedade, a nossa compaixão e a nossa bondade têm um efeito cascata que é sentido muito além do nosso radar e além do que podemos imaginar. Tudo o que pensamos, sentimos e fazemos, tem esse efeito. Não deveríamos escolher transmitir Amor? Pelo simples facto de que é pelo bem de tudo e de todos? Pelo simples facto de que é o caminho do coração e da verdade, do Cosmos e da sabedoria?

The blessing

Who is blessed, the helped one or the one helping? People have it all wrong when it comes to answering this question.

The helped one is seriously blessed, but isn’t the opportunity to help, to do meaningful acts, to bring joy and comfort or ease to a human, an animal or a plant, a true blessing?

I feel I am running out of ways to make people see and feel this truthful fact. That our love action, our solidarity, our compassion, and our kindness have a ripple effect that is felt way beyond our radar and beyond what we can fathom. Everything we think, feel and do, has this effect. Should we not choose to broadcast Love? For the simple fact that it is for the good of everything and everyone? For the simple fact that that is the way of the heart and the truth, of the Cosmos and of the wisdom?
