When should I eat?
Well, this is a very common question! When should I eat, before or after training?
Always ask to your Coach first. Some people needs to eat before to have fuel to burn out, other people have a much more slower metabolism and they don't need, if your idea is to burn some fat you shouldn't eat, that way you will burn fat faster. Any of these are true, but in any of the cases, assure you load some clean carb and protein after training for a better recovery and muscle building.
