The Path of Acceptance

Acceptance allows us to walk towards the constant state of joy. By accepting the life and stage of life in which we find ourselves, we engage in life as it is, rather than revolt against the fact that life is not what we want it to be. The stress and anxiety that we submit to are only products of our expectations and fantasies of how life should be. So when we learn to accept real life as it is, not as we think it should be, we can simplify our lives and those of others, we ease our journey, we cross the road with all the suffering, stress, pain, anxiety and dissatisfaction, for then a smooth, harmonious path, with all fluidity, ease, comfort and joy.
