Service Description
The Legs, Bums & Tums (LBT) class is specially designed for ladies. It’s characterized by local muscular resistance exercises aimed at the strengthening and toning of the abdominal muscles, legs and buttocks. Main benefits are the improvement of general physical condition, muscle toning, weight-loss. A vast number of bodyweight exercises for LBT do not require any gym equipment, so having a pair of tennis shoes you can already join a LIVE ONLINE class and train with us at home. It is more effective though to develop muscle resistance using, for example, ankle weights, rubber bands, dumbbells, a Pilates or a fit ball. Motivation is essential. The rest we will adapt to. Let's get in shape. No excuses. Our classes of 3 to 6 participants ensure that we can correct your exercises.
